Established in 2009, Heale Property Management specialises exclusively in residential lettings and property management, allowing us to provide a focused, professional and personal service for landlords and tenants across Canvey Island.
As a family-run business led by brother-and-sister team Nick and Billie Heale, our roots in Canvey Island span four generations. Our family lived on the island before the floods of 1953 and even helped build parts of the sea wall that still stands today — giving us genuine local knowledge and a deep connection to the community.
As landlords ourselves, we look to offer landlords the service and professionalism we sought and failed to find. We understand the importance of professional, reliable and transparent property management to look after your investments — which is why in 2009 we decided the only people who could offer the efficient service we wanted, was us.
