Welcome to Heale Property Management Ltd.

Established in 2009, we are Canvey Island’s only sole Residential Lettings & Property Management Agents, enabling us to offer a focussed and professional service for all your lettings needs.

We are a family run business, headed by brother & sister team, Nick Heale & Billie Jackson. Our family includes four generations of family having resided and owned property on Canvey Island, since before the famous flood of 1953 and even helped build, the still standing, Sea Wall, therefore our local knowledge is second to none.

As landlords ourselves we look to offer landlords the service and professionalism we sought ourselves and failed to find. We know the importance of finding a trustworthy and reliable agent to look after your investments.

Over the decades, letting our own property portfolio,via other agents, we found ourselves dissatisfied with the service we received from the agents managing them. Therefore in 2009 we decided the only people who could offer us the efficient service we wanted, was US.

Now offering a professional service to all Landlords, whether that be first time landlords or those holding a portfolio of properties, we endeavour to find the perfect tenants for you and ensure your property is well looked after.
